MOTO HR PLATFORM GUIDE

How Moto HR works

Choose the path that matches your goal. Public descriptions help you decide; private workspaces keep applications, learning records and institutional data under account access controls.

For job seekers

Browse a real published role before signing in to submit an application.

  1. Read the role, location, work mode, eligibility and deadline in Careers.
  2. Sign in or create a candidate account and prepare your profile and resume.
  3. Apply to the role and track recorded application updates in your candidate portal.
  4. Follow interview updates where offered. The employer makes hiring decisions.

For employers

Verify your organization and submit each job for review before it becomes public.

  1. Create an account and submit your organization details in the employer workspace.
  2. Respond to verification requests before drafting job posts.
  3. Describe the role and submit the draft. Staff can approve it or request changes.
  4. Manage applications, record stages and interviews, and close the role when hiring ends.

For learners

Choose a course using its public syllabus and requirements, then enroll explicitly after signing in.

  1. Read the course summary, syllabus, duration and assessment/certificate conditions.
  2. Use the course’s sign-in link to continue with that selected course. Enrollment is free.
  3. Complete the lessons and meet the assessment pass score within the published attempt and time limits.
  4. If required, submit a project for instructor review. After meeting all requirements, download your completion certificate and verify its registry status.

For institutions

Start with a partnership enquiry, then use verified institutional access for consent-based cohort and drive management.

  1. Share your institution, contact role, cohort size, disciplines, calendar and desired outcome through the enquiry form.
  2. Agree the program scope and complete organization verification for the institutional workspace.
  3. Invite registered students to a cohort. Students must accept before their profile is available to authorized staff.
  4. Submit campus drives for review, apply eligibility/capacity rules and record participation. Students can withdraw cohort consent.

For service enquiries and support

Share the requirement without uploading sensitive records, and keep the saved enquiry reference.

  1. Choose the service and audience that fit your request. Add relevant hiring or institutional details.
  2. Agree to follow-up about the enquiry and submit the form. This does not subscribe you to marketing.
  3. Keep the reference shown after the enquiry is saved so you can refer to it when contacting the team.
  4. Signed-in users can also open service/support requests and follow replies in their workspace. Payroll calculation and statutory filing are not performed by this website.
