Scope of Services

Moto HR provides enterprise workforce recruitment, contract staffing, business consulting, corporate compliance, and career counseling services. Detailed terms for specific engagements are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSA) signed with corporate clients.

Candidate Representation

Candidates submitting resumes warrant that all information provided regarding qualifications, past employment, and credentials is accurate and truthful.

Intellectual Property

All logos, branding marks, original text, and layout designs on this site are the exclusive property of Moto HR.

Refund Policy

Refund requests for services provided by Moto HR will be reviewed according to the applicable service agreement, payment terms, and relevant legal requirements.

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and the circumstances of the request. Duplicate payments, confirmed payment errors, or payments for services not provided may be considered for a refund after review.

Recruitment, staffing, consulting, and other professional service refunds are subject to the applicable client agreement. Any service-specific cancellation conditions, exclusions, or non-refundable charges must be communicated in the relevant agreement or before payment.

To request a refund, contact hr@motohr.com with your registered name or company name, payment reference, service purchased, payment date, amount, and reason for the request. Do not include passwords, OTPs, or full payment card details.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where feasible, subject to payment provider procedures and applicable law. The applicable review and processing timelines will be communicated during the refund review process.

Any permitted payment gateway or transaction deductions must comply with applicable law and the terms disclosed before payment. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
