Preparing a clear and relevant job application

Review requirements, explain your experience and follow your application progress.

Moto HR · Updated

Read the role before applying

Check the responsibilities, required skills, location, work mode and application deadline. If a requirement is unclear, use the contact route rather than assuming a training course or service description is an active vacancy.

Make your experience easy to assess

Use a readable resume with relevant responsibilities, projects and achievements. Describe your own contribution accurately and include only information you are comfortable sharing for recruitment.

Prepare examples for an interview

Choose examples that explain the situation, what you did and the result. Describe gaps or career changes plainly. Do not claim qualifications or experience you cannot substantiate.

Follow progress without assuming an outcome

Sign in to your candidate portal to follow recorded application updates. Applying, attending an interview or completing a course does not guarantee employment. Hiring decisions remain with the employer.
